The Soft Cup pessary, available with or without a supporting membrane, is used for a first or a mild second-degree uterine prolapse. The soft Cup pessary is flexible and soft any may be a better option for someone with a tighter introitus and/or more delicate connective tissue composition. They will also flex more for an active user who may find the firmer cup uncomfortable.
