Delivery Information

Sayco Pty Ltd uses Australia Post as its primary delivery mechanism. This ensures that your goods can be tracked and you can receive notification of delivery times. You can nominate to use your own courier pickup. Please advise the courier of the pick up address which is listed on the order confirmation that you will receive via email and advise in the "Comments Box" the day and time the order will be picked up to ensure the order is ready.

Special Delivery Requests:  While every effort is made by our Customer Service Team to include requests for specific delivery days and times on delivery labels, ProFem cannot guarantee requests are fulfilled by the freight company.

Australia Post and Startrack deliver Monday - Friday during business hours and cannot guarantee requests for specific days and times.

Your tracker is sent via email or sms when your order is dispatched , using the information you provided on your order.  If you are unavailable to accept delivery on that day, please follow the prompts to re-direct to the Post Office for later collection or select ok to leave in a safe place.

Australia Post no longer leave cards for attempted delivery, this is only advised via small or email.

Returns Policy

Sayco Pty Ltd accepts returns of unopened merchandise returned in its original re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. If an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Due to health and safety concerns, Profem Inc cannot accept returns of used items. A restocking fee of 25% is applied for incorrectly ordered items.

How to Return an Item

Submit a request to return merchandise to [email protected] before returning your item to us. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Sayco Pty Ltd is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by standard Australia Post may not be able to be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. Sayco cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
