Dear Valued Profem Customers
Please be advised that Profem will be closed from Monday 29th June to Tuesday 30th June, 2026 for our annual stocktake. We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday 1st July, 2026.
During this time our online store will remain open, however please note that any orders placed will not be processed or dispatched until we reopen.
Orders placed by 5pm Thursday 25th June, 2026 will be processed and dispatched on 26th June, 2026. Any orders placed on 26th June cannot be guaranteed to be processed and sent same day. If you have an urgent order please phone customer service to make arrangements.

SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE: We apologise for the delay being experienced with stock of Short Stem and Long Stem Gellhorns. We anticipate stock will arrive early July. In the meantime the alternative available is the Classic Short Stem Gellhorn and Classic Long Stem Gellhorn. This range is the same gellhorn design we previously sold a few years ago and has been reintroduced as requested by some health professionals.

Before a pessary order can be finalised and sent to you, a SCRIPT OR LETTER must be provided from your Health Professional, with the type of pessary and size/code that they want you to receive.
