Pre-Christmas Order Processing and Delivery

As the holidays approach we wish to advise Cut-off Dates to process orders to receive before Christmas are as follows;

- Parcel Post for WA and NT deliveries is 12th December, 2025

- Express Post and Startrack Express & Premium Services for WA and NT is 16th December, 2025

- NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and TAS for Parcel Post, Express Post, Startrack Express & Premium  deliveries is 16th December, 2025

Our offices will be closed from 5pm Friday 19th December, 2025 till 9am Monday 5th January, 2026. You are welcome to place orders during this time, however orders will not be processed till we re-open in the new year, thank you for your understanding.

INDIVIDUALS WANTING TO PURCHASE A PESSARY: If you are an Individual customer and your health professional has asked you to purchase a pessary please contact us on 1800 333 456 (03 9553 2700) for assistance. Before a pessary order can be finalised and sent to you, a SCRIPT OR LETTER must be provided from your Health Professional, with the type of pessary and size/code that they want you to receive.
