Indication	Second or Third Degree Prolapse and Proccidentia.
Insertion	Hold the tapered stem and separate the labia minora posteriorly at the introitus with the non-dominant hand Hold folded pessary firmly and insert the edge through the introitus. Rotate the pessay so the rest of the pessary base slides in to the vagina followed by the stem. Push deep into the vaginal vault he stem faces posteriorly.
Removal	Separate the labia minora posteriorly at the introitus with the non-dominant hand. Grasp the tapered stem to gently pull the Shelf pessary down. Now and move one edge of the pessary base to the introitus. Move the edge through the introitus and rotate the base out of the vagina followed by the stem.
